Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect size.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Underwear

  • Boxers

  • Briefs

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. Our support team will guide you through the process.

  2. The original product must be returned in its original condition.

  3. After inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or another suitable solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases where a replacement product cannot be arranged or if required by applicable law.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable, or through another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
